Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to request a return or report an issue, please get in touch via email at jordan@pupari.co.uk or on Instagram @_pupari before proceeding. Returns sent without prior approval may be returned to you, and additional shipping costs may apply.
Please note that all items are handmade to order and created specifically for you. For this reason, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible, even if the item has not yet been dispatched.
If a return is approved (e.g. due to fault or error), the item must be returned in unworn, unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As Pupari is a small, independent business run by one person, I’m unable to cover delivery fees.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a return, repair, or replacement.
